Dr. Zachary Shriver received his B.A, in Chemistry from Amherst College, summa cum laude, and his Ph.D. from MIT in Applied Biosciences.  He has built on an academic training foundation in biochemistry, glycobiology, and structural biology with over 20 years of industry experience, including leadership in multiple aspects of drug development efforts.

Dr. Korner has 21 years of pharmaceutical and biotech industry experience, having served in senior Clinical Development and Medical Affairs leadership positions within organizations such as Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Ardelyx Inc., Sarepta Therapeutics and Axovant Gene Therapies. 

Dr. Tony N. Hodges is currently Chief, Transplant Services; Director, Center for Infusion Medicine and Physician Executive Director of Revenue Cycle Operations at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix.

As a global industry leader, Dr. Pedder brings years of product development experience to Voltron Therapeutics and is expected to be instrumental in the further development and eventual commercialization of its Self Assembling Vaccine (SAV) platform, driven by cancer immunotherapy and infectious disease, including HaloVax, its COVID -19 vaccine candidate.

Mr. Warkling is a seasoned entrepreneur, inventor, and an acknowledged expert in the field of ultrasound imaging and therapy responsible for the design and development of the first commercially successful fetal ultrasound duplex scanner and all electronic IVUS technology.

Mr. Rappaport has more than 30 years’ experience in the initiation and development of successful businesses including capital acquisition and business operations.
